A Poem

Noises:

So, it’s ‘oof’ whenever I stand up

And ‘ahh’ when I drink my tea

Don't forget 'aroosh’ when I’m sneezing and

‘Urgh’ when I wake through the night for a pee.

I never did this in my young days

Just now that I’m getting old

The thing is there’s no need to do it

So, I’m stopping from this moment on.
