I've just woken up from a dream which seemed very real. Its subject made me feel sad during the dream and even now after I've woken up and know that it was a dream I'm still experiencing an element of residual sadness.

I think it's amazing how the mind conjures up whole scenarios and activities while we sleep that seem utterly lifelike whilst being fantastic at the same time. Dreams involving hybrids of people we know, mixing timelines and locations to produce a totally believable scenario, to the dreamer during their dream at least. Events which, if recalled in the waking hours make no sense at all and can yet still have a lingering emotional effect.

Peace and Love x
