What do you reckon?

I'm thinking of making regular videos of me reading my poetry, putting them on here and posting a link on Facebook and Twitter. Is this a good idea? If so would folks be willing to throw a few quid my way occasionally at PayPal.me/heddonlad which will help me to upgrade my website and pay for things like notebooks, writing courses, textbooks, subscriptions to writer organisations, poetry magazines, and attending poetry conferences (once we are all returned to the wild).
